Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct at the time of checkout. Thee Hemp Co. is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to address errors, customers will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Once shipped, Thee Hemp Co. is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist as best we can but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement.
